Help! I never got the first email
When your payment goes through, we send out three emails:
- a payment receipt
- a VAT invoice
- a welcome email with the subject "Create a password for your new Activity Village Membership!"
- If you haven't received the "Create a password" email, please think about which email address you signed up with (or is associated with the Paypal account you used to pay).
- We have sent out emails to that email address!
- Check your Junk and Spam folders
- If you don't have access to that email address, please contact us.
