I've just become a member but can't download and print

If you have visited some of our pages recently, before you decided to become a member, and then return to them to download a pdf file after you become a member, it is possible that your browser will hold the page in its cache and you will not see the download link.

You need to "refresh" the page, which you can do by looking for the curly arrow near your browser address bar and clicking it.

You should then see the download link appear.
