How do I renew my membership?

Activity Village Memberships lasts for 12 month from the date of purchase. 

When you log in to your account, you will be able to see the date that your Membership expires.

You do not need to do anything before your Membership expires.

Our systems logged the exact time, down to the second, that you signed up. It checks every 2 hours for expiring Memberships and automatically sends out an email alert to your email. 

When you next log in to your account, you will see the following message:

Simply click the green "Renew membership" button to go through our payment process.


Click on the Buy Now button. Read our Terms of purchase.
Click on the "I agree" button to go to this:
Choose your country from the drop-down menu and tick the "yes" button if you are an VAT EU registered business (you will need to provide your VAT number). Otherwise leave it as it is. Click continue to go to the payment page.

To pay by credit or debit card, make sure the left button is selected (the default) and enter your card details below.

 If you prefer to pay by Paypal, click the right button as shown below.

When your payment goes through, you will be able to log in again for the next 12 months and continue to download our Member-only activities.
